Hi all. The good news? Banks Of The Red Cedar just reached 100 followers on twitter, just in time for football season! The bad news? The followers decided they were too good for the Twitter Mailbag. Unfortunately we only have one question this week. It hurts even more that it’s by Eric, the other author on this blog.

Do you think the Spartans will compile more yards on the ground or through the air against Boise State? (@spartynation1)

For the first game of the season, it will definitely be more yards rushing because we have an experienced back in Le’Veon Bell. However, as the season goes on, I expect Maxwell and the receivers to mesh and we’ll eventually get more yards through the air.
