Denard throws an interception

Spartans are filled with glee

The offense can’t get a reception

So MSU settles for three

The Spartan offense is failing

Then Denard runs in for the score

The good guys are now trailing

This is what Sparty has in store

During the second quarter, it seems

That Will Gholston’s face becomes a scowl

He decapitates number sixteen

Yes, that’s a personal foul

The green and white begin to weep

As Michigan kneels the ball

They realize that the 4-peat

Wouldn’t extend to 5 this fall
