Well that was rough. (Note: it is hard to write this post, so I’m sorry if it makes you angry).

So, what did we learn?

-The MSU offense is below average. I gave them time to mesh, but it’s been too long to still not be doing well together. 3 points is unacceptable.

-The defense is still really good. The 20 points came mostly from being tired from being on the field so much (it felt like ND always was in possession of the ball, but in all reality it was only 31-29 in favor of the Irish).

-Le’Veon Bell can still run with 7 men running at him.

-The MSU wide receivers are not good. Even with Notre Dame blitzing every play, they couldn’t get open.

Hey, at least next week the Spartans face Eastern.
