Boise State vs. MSU Rapid Reaction

Ok, these rapid reaction posts are posts that will tend to come out an hour or so after the game ends. They are quick, sans photos (usually), and sometimes will be SUPER short. The full recaps will come out the day or two after.

Anyways, this BSU-MSU game, in which MSU pulled out 17-13, showed us some things:

1. The defense of MSU is incredible. They held potential star running back DJ Harper and the rest of the Boise offense to only 37 YARDS. Yes, 37 YARDS. Boise State didn’t score an offensive touchdown for the first time since a 58-0 blowout to Washington State in the late 90′s.

2. Le’Veon Bell is a BEAST.

3. Andrew Maxwell needs some work on timing.

4. Tony Lippett needs to learn how to carry a football.

5. Dion Sims is living up to all of his expectations.

6. Bennie Fowler needs to improve a bit.

Sparty On!
